Gizmodo got their hands on an Apple Genius training guide. This book is used to train Apple geniuses. It is very interesting to read some of the content in this book. A good portion of the book goes over body language to determine what the customer is thinking. The book is very in depth in terms of reading the customer.
It is very interesting to know what the Apple Genius is thinking when you are trying to get your Apple device fixed. Personally I think this is why Apple’s support is the best in terms of customer satisfaction.
