So recently we have seen that T-Mobile, AT&T’s GSM competitor in the US, is going to start Unlimited 4G data plans. This attracts a lot of iPHone customers who are currently in contract with AT&T or Verizon without Unlimited data.
There have been reports of T-Mobile gearing up to provide unlocked iPhone customers with official T-Mobile Micro SIM cards. The iPhone 4 and 4S currently use micro SIM format. It is said that a customer with an unlocked iPhone 4 or 4S will be able to walk into the T-Mobile store and walk out with a working T-Mobile Unlocked iPhone.
Based on both pieces of information that just came into our inbox, we’re trying to draw two conclusions, one that T-Mobile isn’t getting the iPhone 5, which shouldn’t surprise anyone. The second is that with the receipt of new Monthly4G microSIM kits supporting the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, T-Mobile is close to announcing some news about their network refarm.
What do you think? Would you switch to T-Mobile?
